Had a wonderful experience completing a 1x1 via zoom since I and my daughter live out of state. The flow of the call went AMAZING! I greatly appreciated how Allie was able to present a level of instruction in a way that made sense to not only my daughter (who is the dancer) but also to me (non dancer) in order to understand and put the education to work right away. I could instantly see the light bulb go off in my daughters eyes when Allie identified an opportunity to adjust while explaining the why in order to bring it all together. To see my daughters expression when she felt the adjustment was outstanding! Allie aligned her level of communication perfectly for my daughter who is 13 and was very gracious with the questions we asked. Allie was very engaged during the call and I just cannot emphasize enough how fluently she communicated with key words to understand and retain the information. After we hung up my daughter was very thrilled with the knowledge she had gained and I could see a level of confidence grow because she had received not only a "why" her body works a certain way but gained a level of education to have her body work smarter; in short to work with your body not against it! Thank you Allie we GREATLY appreciate your time and amazing follow up email with additional answers!

I worked with Allie for the first time and it was so so helpful. She gave me some corrective exercises to do for my chronic low back issue and I already am noticing a difference. Extremely worthwhile!

Allie is nothing short of a rockstar, great technical skill, amazing customer support and very engaging individual. I am not a dancer yet working with Allie always aides in correcting my aches and pains and provides insight in better ways to perform for excellence in the day to day. Amazing first session. I have a lot of exercise and gym trauma that has prevented me from engaging in personal training for years. Allie was super patient and gracious with me as I worked to stay present with my body and not disassociate. She really creates a safe space for body and mind to get the most out of the session.

I have experienced a few of Allie’s workshops in person and her videos online and I’ve gotten stronger as a dancer. This came in handy for preparing for my summer intensive, which I prepared for 6 months and almost exclusively used her guidance. I’ve been able to get through a full week of dancing all day and my body still feels strong! Allie has a very clear and effective way of communicating and guiding a client to get the best results for their body. I can’t wait to book a private session and continue to get even stronger as an adult dancer. I highly recommend Align Fitness if you are an adult dancer who aspires to be strong, flexible, and resistant to injury!

I have met Allie twice now, once through an online course interaction and once through an 1 on 1 Zoom chat. She is such a warm and kind person, and obviously very knowledgeable! She really looks with you at the whole picture; as in what are you striving for, she helps you with your focus, and keeping in mind the "longevity" and fun in your work outs (to not burn out). On top of that she has a sharp eye, so when doing the course online she had points for every single participant to correct. I wish I could attend her in person classes (I'm in PA so no way), as I can only imagine her thoroughness when you are in the studio with her. Anyway, I highly recommend Allie and her services for all Dancers, from beginner all the way to professional!
